1. About Balavo

Balavo (balavo.in) is an online tool for making marriage biodata and family occasion cards. It is operated by 3i Planet, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms.

2. What you can do

• Preview every design for free and download free designs with a small balavo.in footer.
• Pay a one-time price shown on the design to remove the footer or to use a premium design.
• Use the downloaded files for personal and family purposes: sharing on WhatsApp or social media, printing at home or at a print shop.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the names, photos and details you add. Only add photos and personal details you have the right to use, and take consent from the people shown on a biodata or card. Do not use Balavo to make content that is false, defamatory, obscene or that impersonates someone.

You keep all rights to your own content. We do not claim ownership of it.

4. Our designs

The design layouts, artwork, illustrations and code of Balavo belong to 3i Planet. A purchase gives you the right to use the finished card or biodata you made. It does not allow you to resell the blank designs or templates, or to copy them into another product or service.

Sample names, cities and photos shown in previews are for illustration only. Preview photos are free stock photos and are not included in your download.

5. Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before you pay. Payments will be processed by a licensed payment gateway; Balavo does not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Current status: online payments are not live yet. The unlock screen runs in demo mode and no money is charged.

6. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the editor accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free. Please check every detail on your card or biodata before printing or sharing it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.

9. Grievance officer

As required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020: Vikram Chouhan, 3i Planet, Udaipur, Rajasthan. Email: hello@3iplanet.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
